Burano is a small island in the northern part of the lagoon of Venice, Italy . The story goes that the painting of the houses began with the fisherman's desire to identify their own houses from the lagoon. In this particular photo my interpretation of the Main Street comes from my love for vintage effects , reminding of Flemish painting.
