The Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore , ordinarily called Il Duomo di Firenze is one of Italy's largest churches. The construction begun in 1296 in the Gothic style and was completed in 1436. The exterior of the basilica is faced with polychrome marble panels in various shades of green and pink bordered by white .
My art represents a journey of self discovery. I express myself through colors.My feelings of today's joy can burst in strokes of vibrant tones of reds, oranges, yellows, to be followed the next day by sepia, grays,earth accents. As life is never comprised only of happiness, tranquility and peace but balanced with moments of anxiety, incertitude and worries.
